On 9 May 2025, The MORIN project team convened an online meeting aimed at advancing our efforts in recognition procedures across Western Balkan universities. This meeting brought together recognition experts from various partner institutions who form part of the MORIN recognition committes, fostering collaboration and sharing insights on our collective objectives.
The three MORIN recognition committees focus on specific subject areas:
- Computer Studies/Science/Engineering
- English Language and Literature
- Management and Economics.
Each committee, consisting of identified experts, will work on simulating independent recognition procedures at WB partner HEIs, enhancing collaboration and ensuring diverse perspectives in the process, while strongly highlighting a student-centred approach to recognition based on learning outcomes.
It was agreed that the final deadline for submitting completed tables from the recognition committees will be May 20, 2025. To ensure effective time management and maintain project momentum, work group leaders were appointed for each MORIN recognition committee.
The MORIN project team is excited about the progress made during this meeting and looks forward to the contributions from each committee. Together, we are committed to enhancing recognition procedures and fostering student mobility across the region.
